The worst

I wasted an hour trying to setup, I couldn’t even use it due to errors logging in. It keeps saying invalid phone number until I click it like three times then it will finally accept it then it will not accept my password just telling me an error has occurred. The website isn't much better and also has errors and is very buggy. I give up!
Kids can turn off

I want an app that the kids cannot turn off or delete from their phones. I don’t need my kids permission to find out where they are

Dead in the eater downloaded and out app restrictions for my kids. Well it took affect on my phone. Now I am on hold for fourth minutes with sprint who can’t help me.

Sprint no longer has Find My Friends and instead has replaced it with this garbage. It does not update and is also ridiculously unreliable and hard to install. My son just came home, ate, took a shower, and is getting ready to leave again. I checked this app and it still shows him being across town. I will not pay money each month for such a stupid app.

First, it did not offer me the option to have location only (as described here), it signed me up for the more expensive plan. I don’t want parental controls i want what I had with Sprint Family locator, the ability to locate my family members. I downloaded and installed, then followed the instructions to invite my family, who all in turn followed the instructions but the app won’t recognize my family members. There is nothing anywhere that helps to solve the problem and the people at Sprint said they know nothing about it. So far, Sprint has caused me to lose a great service in favor of something that doesn’t even work. I’m very unhappy.

Cannot find a person in your family unless they are actually in “Safe Area” says it updated location but only after they finally have been in safe area more than 10 minutes. Family locator was poor but better than this
Good, but won’t locate when needed

I really like the new look and location accuracy, however it does not update location immediately and if I need to do a quick check it always says they can’t be located which defeats the purpose. I don’t need to know where they are every second of the day, but if I have a cause for worry I want to know that they can be found when I check like the old app. I’m not sure if it’s worth paying $6.99 when it only half works.
TERRIBLE REPLACEMENT TO FAMILY LOCATOR

So I get a notification that Family Locator is being replaced by this app so I go ahead and download it from my App store...this app is a complete POS and not user friendly at all. Also I have to go through the hassle of sending all phones on my account “invites” and even then, my husband’s phone showed everyone stuck in “pending” status and his didn't even appear on mine. This is just too much. Why fix what isn’t broken??! Bring back FAMILY LOCATOR
