The reason I subscribed to SFL is because my teens could not uninstall. This is a horrible replacement.
Safe and found is terrible

Former SFL user. This app is terrible. It drains battery life because location services run in the background all the time. Every time you try to locate someone, it has to ask them to check in first. Location service on the iPhone is way better and you don’t pay extra for it. Don’t get this app.

I had the old Sprint Family locator for years and was very happy with it. I had the ability to set in advance location on a daily or weekly basis and have it texted to me. Plus, every time I try to locate someone it says there are unable to find even if they are sitting right next to me. Poor upgrade for Sprint. Very unhappy with this app.

Every time I go on the app it states it cannot process my request. What is wrong with the app???

Perfect for when you want to take trust out of a relationship and instead replace it with a tracking device!! Completely safe and totally not hackable! It’s best to have your exact location mapped out virtually, no ones ever tried to use information like that to hurt people!
Please bring back family locator!!!

This is worthless. Kids can turn off. Can’t find them most of the time unless In the safe zone. FL was perfect! Why change when it was working great!!!

I signed up for this app about a month ago and even though I’m not a fan due to it not updating like it should, I was willing to keep it and just hope that the glitches get worked out; however, I had to sign up all over again like I never had it and had to resend family members the invitation to join!!! There is absolutely no excuse. I will look for other, more functional locator apps.

The App is hit and miss on my IPhoneX with sprint. I would not count on the information provided if you are hoping to keep an eye on your children’s activity. Again hit and miss, my wife and I have been using it for a couple of weeks and it’s accuracy is about 60%. Yesterday morning I watched myself travel all over town while I was laying in bed.
