Really like this app the look and feel and the ease of use. Helps me keep track of my wife and kids and is pretty accurate. Previous app offered by sprint not nearly as feature rich and clever

listen. for 4 hours mows i’ve been trying to help my boyfriends mother find her lost phone. some guy online told us to get this app and then the wifi went out. we’ve been using hotspots and LTE to try EVERYTHING. to find her phone. but we can’t download the app because she isn’t logged into the google store and she can’t remember her password. we can’t reset the password because we don’t have her phone to have the code sent to it. my phone is verizon so we can’t log on. and in the end we find out that you have to be previously set up on the app BEFORE you lost your phone. long story short: that phone is gone and so is 4 hours of m life.

This safe and found is awful. When I ty to locate someone it will show a location from 10 hours before. The sprint family Locator was so much better then this. It is just about useless. Great job Sprint.

The app is inaccurate and can be easily disabled. The parental control is useless.

Within this application, I hope to have an option to distinguish, locate family members and follow family members. Also, share this phone’s location option should have the ability to distinguish share with parents or share with ALL family members. I don’t like the limitation of “share with all” or no one. Lastly, I hope to see more parental controls, e.g. ability to control incoming/ outgoing phone calls, texts messages, etc.
