Literally worthless just like every other T-Mobile app. Why their apps are such VGA Video level crap is beyond me. The only app from T-Mobile that is half decent is the Tuesdays.

I got this app so I could have a local phone number for my business. You never hear it ring, the calls drop, it’ll say you have a text but you can’t view it and it always says digits connecting. I basically cannot ever use this app and I’m paying for it, I gave out this number for business so I’m stuck with it which is awful. I suggest you do not use this app

This app is horrible I wouldn’t recommend worst decision I ever did switching to T-Mobile and trying to keep and get a new number. I wouldn’t recommend. If I can give 0 stars I would. Honestly speak wouldn’t recommend

It works perfectly as a flashlight since all you get is a solid white background with a pink bar on top. It’s utterly useless.

I love T-Mobile but I hate this app. I can’t believe a top three US cell phone company can’t hire people to design an app that works smoothly. I can’t wrap my head around how bad this and the desktop app are.

I really wanted to love that product. But there are so many issues its painful. Biggest gried: you cancel notifications and you turn in do not disturb. You would guess there will be no call or signs someone calls rigth? But no… the phone rings no matter the setting. Meaning it doesn't matter if in the app you turn on do not disturb. Or turn off iphone notifications

No one at T-Mobile seems capable of adding a number to my digits app. I’m not sure why and they keep telling me “give it 15 minutes” but three days of dealing with their customer service and I still have nothing

I can’t get past Step 1. I try to make a phone call and a voice says, “Please enter your password.” What password? I can’t find any info and every password I enter is rejected. So - WHAT PASSWORD ?

You’d think Tmo could invest a tiny sum in making this app work even a little bit. Every other call drops.

I have downloaded the app onto 3 iOS devices because my primary T-Mobile phone was destroyed so I’m able to utilize this digits app to make calls, receive texts and access my voicemail despite being without my primary device. This has been a excellent tool as I await a new SIM card and eventually replace my destroyed iPhone XR. Also of note is that I’m out of the USA?
