WORST!!! APP!!! EVER!!!

Shame on me for letting the Digits team continually try to fix this for me. I tried using this app for a second line to balance running a small business vs using my phone for my primary job. This app is ladened with nothing but problem after problem after problem after problem after problem after problem....infinitus repeat! I am CONSTANTLY uninstalling and reinstalling, changing security settings, running through WiFi vs LTE......short of practicing some kind of sacrificial ritual to an esoteric demigod, I’ve done everything I can to keep this app going. It is NOT reliable in any manner. So, now I’ll be shelling out yet even more money for a new phone and paying for a new line on my account because this app just can’t cut it. The only good thing about this app: it’s free. Everything else? Total sham!

This app is trash honestly. T-mobile sold it to me as if it would be so helpful in managing a second line on one phone. ITS HORRIBLE!!! I have my own business and use my business line with Digits. I have missed soooooooo many phone calls and messages because they don’t come through. I’ve reached out to T-Mobile to fix it, they trouble shoot and the problem returns again. AVOID AT ALL COST. Just sacrifice and get a 2nd phone.

Completely unreliable!! Crashes calls, lags terribly!!! Messages are received late!!! Voicemail sound like the person is under the ocean in a plastic bottle leaving a voicemail!! By far HORRIBLE !!!

To many problems, I bet people in charge of running Digits app will not be able to operate and communicate Using only digits app, but you expect us to do it? I challenge you guys to operate strictly on Digits app so you can see how many problems there is

App is horrible. I switched from two phones, one work and one personal to a combined with Digits. I’ve given it almost a year and there are no improvements. I don’t get all my calls, sometimes it’ll ring once and the call is dropped. When I answer calls it says connected, I can’t hear anything but the caller hears me. Text messages come in late/no notification. I have to manually go into the app to refresh my messages/calls/voicemail to see if I have anything new. It’s just a poor app. The text messaging doesn’t have any features like GIFS or add on widgets. And the camera/photo upload is glitchy and not user friendly. When you try to clear all calls/messages/voicemails, it’ll look deleted, but when you close the app and reopen it’s still there. There is no customized features for a ring tone for calls/texts/voicemail. I like the concept, but it’s unreliable. As a medical professional it’s really frustrating because I need my Digits number available at all times because I’m on call 24/7. This app needs improvements. Heck I’m already contemplating switching back to two phones. I’ve read reviews to switch to Google Voice, but the down fall is that my work number is my Digits number.

Really disappointed in this app. I use this app and alternative number for business. Sometimes I can here when people call and sometimes I can’t. When I make outbound calls, I can’t hear the other person and also it just hangs up as if the call dropped. The apps shuts down all the time. Writing this review I need to cancel but they don’t have a way to save your messages so if you run a business and all your information is in your text or call log, you will lose all your history of texts and calls. There’s no way to recover them. This really hurt my business a month ago. Trying to figure out how to save my messages from now on.

This app has worked for a very short period of time. Now I could only see a few outdated messages and can no longer receive new text message. The rest of the functions (dial pad, voice mail etc) are all disappeared. I uninstalled and installed but the problem persist.

Works for outgoing calls but not incoming calls.

Hello, It seems as though this app seems to be working fine when I make calls but if someone is calling me back it doesn’t seem to work. Can someone help resolve this? Thanks!

The app often disconnects without warning, meaning you miss calls and texts for days without knowing. I would not recommend this for work numbers unless you enjoy missing leads.
