T-Mobile does a lot of great things, but Digits is not one of them. If you’re needing a 2nd line, Digits is not recommended for all the reasons given in other reviews (texts and voicemails pop up days later or not at all, calls don’t go thru, etc.)
Doesn’t Work on iOS

No problem logging in on my computer, but stuck in continuous login loop on iPhone (where I need it most) and iPad.

Couple scam look farther into your phone and find permissions installed with digits app. It can take photo and video at any time without you knowing it’s sick all the permissions put into my phone by this app. Wish I could add attachment here load screenshot of what it put in my phone.
Never updates texts , even with app running

Nothing in Digits updates . I have the app running , look at my texts , & they are texts from days ago. Thankfully I have another means to receive text messages. I am paying top dólar to have multiple family plan lines , only to receive zero services. Would not recommend!
Connectivity Issue

Got this as an option during work-from-home time. Connectivity is a mess. Calls and texts can’t get through while Google Voice can do it. Only keeping it since it came free with my plan.

I wanted this for my I pad, because my phone broke and I can’t replace it right now. It is very important that I see my text messages in order for me to reach the new owner of my house to pay rent and have things fixed. My SIM card works, but for data only. This app did not work, as I can’t log in without sending my phone a conformation code.

where is dark mode?? 90% of all popular apps have implemented a dark mode option. it’s a real deal breaker since the inexcusable blinding white theme burns my eyes at night. when will you be adding dark mode?? add dark mode asap!!
