This is the worst app on the entire market. It worked for a little while and when it was working it wasn’t very good. I couldn’t make calls but I could receive and send text. Then that stopped then the entire app stopped. Also I can’t get any third party text and everything requires a text to your phone number in order to do anything. I now use Talkatone

We have two phones with T-Mobile and both have Digits. Every month we have called I.T. because there are constant and recurring problems and glitches in it. We then request a credit on the account due to its problems. I’d rather the system work. The app will just stop working when we get a call not on digits. . If we drive to a new area, it stops working. It stops working for no obvious reason. And we don’t know it has stopped until we check on it, until we miss several calls or text. Then we have to remove the app and put it back on the phone. Time and money wasted. Frustration mounts. We are considering just going to AT&T. Even T-Mobile signal coverage is worst than they say. We are often traveling through the Texas hill country as there are miles and miles with “NO. SERVICE” .
Digits app will freeze when signing out

Digits app has problems signing out. I need this feature working to close down app when I’m not using the number on my iPad, or when I need to sign into another account quickly.
Glitches are bad

I use this app for a business line and it’s constantly glitchy. With every update one thing is fixed and another breaks. Currently on iOS my call log won’t show up. Calls get dropped in data mode. Text don’t update and disappear. It gets laggy and stuck and crashes... a lot! On iPadOS it’s more stable, but I have to flip it into portrait mode to type because the dimension of the GUI are off and the keyboard doesn’t show up. Fix these things and it’s a 5 star app.
Doesn’t save text messages

The app freezing. Text messages were not coming or going. I forced the app to close, and it did not fix the text message feature. I was told that the text messages were backed up to the web version of digits, so I thought I could delete and reinstall the app safely to troubleshoot. To my dismay the text message threads were gone! No backup to the web app version either. There is no warning that the app only saves a tiny amount of text messages. The Tmobile rep lied about text message backup to the web app version. I lost all the text messages that mattered the most.
Dialing function is gone

This app has been working fine until recently. I could only see Text message but the rest of the functions (dial pad, voice mail etc) are all disappeared. I uninstalled and installed but the problem persist.
Crashes when you try to go into line management

I cannot activate lines under line management. Crashes and keeps doing so. It needs to be fixed

I love that i can just text from my iPad while using app it close out my icons at the bottom of the screen to where I am unable to message back. So i would have to close/refresh the app to message again. Can’t be frustrating.
