With IOS 13.3 on IPad, newest version is working fine again! I don’t have any problem responding to messages as someone else reported.
Great experience for my family phone number!

My wife and kids use this app instead of having a home phone. When someone calls our number, all our phones ring. Super simple and easy to use.

Digits is awful. Be sure to get a lawyer and read the fine print when signing up for this. There’s many hidden fees

Please develop this app further. It shouldn’t have to sync with my phone’s contacts for me to add contacts to the app itself. I use Digits to keep in contact with my clients and the point was to keep everything separate. If this was the case I just use Google voice. Please fix this. Also there needs to be a feature to block calls and text!! You will get random numbers constantly because the number use to belong to someone else. T-Mobile you need to better I’m considering canceling this service.

I can’t say that the app hasn’t improved, that would be lie. I have poor Call quality over data but I’m sure that’s mostly an issue with my network on my personal phone. I would like to not always have to carry two phones which was the point of me getting this app, but it’s not as reliable as I would like it to be. I use voice over data because with usage of cell service my work callers get my personal voicemail and I work in the medical field. I don’t need my patients accessing my personal line and I don’t want to change my personal voicemail greeting to reflect any clinic reference because I want to keep the lines separate. But what would be greatly appreciated other than reliability is a refreshed UI and more ringtone options. This UI is hideous and the font is rather small. Let’s get some customizing options, eh?

There are days when this app works great. Other days not so much! I’m losing business because I’m not getting notified when texts come in. This horrible for my business!! I’ve contacted t mobile several times and not much has changed. Please consider all of your options before committing to this app.

The app doesn’t seem to work well on iPad. Messages are missing and only reappear after closing and reopening the app. Also just got a bunch of texts this evening about the OSU Clemson game which occurred 24 hrs ago.
Horrible Why so many bad reviews T-Mobile?

Used it when it came out a couple years ago and was horrible. Thought I’d look into it again but it’s hard to find one review that is positive about it that is real. It shouldn’t be that difficult just to have this app work basic stuff!!! Shame on T-Mobile.
Keeps getting worse

This app just works when it wants. No matter which network setting I select, I just receive Missed Calls notifications and not the call itself. The app crashes 2-out-of-3 times I use it to call somebody, text or just look at the notifications. This is pushing me seriously to cancel my personal line with T-Mobile and just libe with my work phone and line.
