Just turns off and won’t turn back on .

You really need to get it to send me a message when it disconnects . So flustered that it just turns off makes it hard to run a business! Having to uninstall and install app and calling for help !!

I love everything T-Mobile. This app just needs some work. I use it as my work line and when it randomly boots me out and I log back in, ALL my messages and conversations are gone. Now I have no way to retrieve important conversations with customers. This needs to be fixed and needs to be more reliable. It’s as if the app is still in beta mode :/ it also will sometimes randomly toggle off my digits work line which is bad bc you won’t know it’s off unless you check. Takes many many tries to toggle number back on. Please put some love and tech support into this app because digits is amazing idea and having 2 numbers one phone is way convenient. PLEASE WORK ON THIS please

Way to many bugs with this app. I often have to go to the mytmobile web page to turn it back on. It turns its self off all the time with out me knowing. There is no way to tell or notification unless you check if it’s still active. Who knows how many calls or texts I miss or how long it’s actually been off. Then when the app updates I have to redo everything. I lost all my texts and messages twice and can’t recover them. They are suppose to be saved for use on any device I open them on but they just disappeared one day. They use to save. Now the app won’t open. It starts to load or opens for 3 seconds then closes and my phone goes back to home screen. Have t been able to use the app for days since the update and this is t the first time it’s happened. I pay extra for this and I dot want to cancel cuz I do t want to lose the number I feel stuck. I dont even use this number for work because it’s way to unreliable and makes me look bad.

See all the bad reviews? Well +1 from me. The app is not reliable. Aside from not working half the time the app exhibits bizarre behavior on occasion. For example,right now only texting works,and just with a few of my contacts. Calling and voicemail have completely vanished from the app since three days ago. There’s no sign of those features anywhere in the app. I rely on this app. I’m planning on getting a new phone soon but will be looking at other carriers because of this Nice going T-Mobile.

I love the concept and especially saving money on a business line. It’s also easier for me to only have to manage one phone as opposed to two. However the app keeps crashing on my phone. Because of the app constantly not working, I am missing out on communications from my clients. This means I am actually losing money.

Landscape mode doesn’t work

Hello, After recent update, the Landscape mode on the ipad does not work anymore. I constantly use Landscape mode!

After this update Digits is only functional in portrait orientation on iPad. Strange thing is It took Digits 3 days after the update installation before the orientation issue developed.

Broken on iPad Pro

The latest build is broken on iPad Pro installs. There is no way to type or respond to a message or get to settings. Uninstall and reinstall doesn’t help. You should properly QA your products.

Great idea, doesn’t meet basic expectations

TMobile for 13 yrs

I’ve been a T-Mobile customer for 13 years and this is the first feedback I have given on anything! This concept is brilliant. Being a business owner, the convenience of this concept allows for my business and person line to be on one phone which is why I’m continuing to struggle through the inconsistency of this app. Examples: -Message icon will show messages needing to be opened up but when the icon is pressed none of the new messages appear. -Messages literally disappears. One day they are there, then gone the next day -Calls do not come through from others sometimes. When it works it’s awesome but the inconsistency is what cause me to write the review in hopes that the issues get resolved.

Only Works in portrait view

I don’t know when this changed, but it only works in portrait view now. I was dealing with other limitations of this app but THIS is annoying. As most iPad users, we like to us a stand and see things in landscape view for wider angle. However, this app is truncated in landscape. Can’t see the whole screen and cannot not reply in this view.
