No more 3D buildings???
You sukkkkkk
For whatever reason, the 3D buildings have disappeared. I paid for the premium and not sure what happened. Please advise. Also, app seems to crash a lot.

No better than google, instructions for updates do not match actual menu. I will not invest any more money, better stuff is free.
Poor Customer Service & Stability

Contacted Sygic about annoying speed warning (how to shut off) there was no reply. Purchased new phone, app backed up and installed on new phone but all map data missing as well as subscription information. Restored and it still didn’t recognize. Couldn’t get timely response from them so deleted app and requested refund! Aside from annoying speed warning, when it worked, it worked okay.

The application is good but the service keeps going to worse. It used to be very good so I got a premium plan. It is one of those apps that cannot monetize their investment and they come up with a Premium Plus, then a Premium Plus Advanced, then a Premium Plus Advanced Gold... In the end you keep getting less and less. Also, in my current plan I get three map updates a year. My last update was in January 2021 and it doesn't let me update until May 2022, so once every 16 months?!

The app is great we traveled Ireland by car for a week. With not a problem. Drove 1100 miles, all guidance was spot on! I use it all the time back in the States. But last year I lost “traffic “ I paid for a lifetime traffic, along with some other features, and now it’s gown. Can’t get an help from support. Only automated response’s. No support of any value. You but something you are on your own! Beware!
Map is seriously unreliable!

Sygic’s map hows a Methodist church next door to me, which is actually the location of a YMCA! Sygic’s map is seriously out of touch with reality! Don’t trust it for navigation in the real world.

I just purchased this app, it won’t take my address, keeps saying download map, I did-4 times!! No one to get in touch with about this, I drive for a living if I can’t set up the map what good is it?
