It wants me to rate the app right after opening it without using it.

I’ve used this before and that’s why I’m rating it. After I downloaded the map for my state it offered to give me free traffic cams notifications for life if I rate the app without using it for a day, week, or longer so it makes me question the other ratings. I get that it helps get the application out there and more known but I’d wait till at least an hour or so after first use so the user can become more comfortable/knowledgeable with the app, can make suggestions to help improve, etc.
