When I first used this map years ago the 3D graphics were phenomenal. I paid a lot of money for this app because at that time the features really were great. Now that it is updated and updated some more I no longer have the 3D graphics and the extra features that I paid for just aren’t worth it. This app is truly a disappointment.
Monthly Map Updates Subscription Useless

I purchased and subscribed to all their add ons and supposed to get “Monthly Map Updates”. I am well aware we are in February 2022 but Sygic last put out a “Monthly Map Update” in December 2021. With all the people that are in “real time” we know that the New Year started and ended last month and maybe Sygic is working in time travel in their app being us all back to January 2022 and if so I would really like some Power Ball and Mega Millions lottery numbers. Then if they go ahead in time the first, second, half time, third quarter, and final scores of the Super Bowl would be really amazing to have. Ok. All jokes aside Sygic is probably the best navigation app on the App Store. Has some bugs and map updates if they are planning in any for people how paid in 2022 would be nice they get what they pay for always had this bug. When their “was” and update it would show it, but not now Sygic is almost 2 months behind not honoring subscriptions people pay for. If you pressed on “update” when it had an update back then nothing ever happened. The screen would sit still for hours and no I didn’t stare at it I just turned off setting so the phone stays on. Were their updates back then? Yes but a bug in the update button that was as useful as trying to bet in last years Super bowl. Yes you could update but had to delete all you current maps to do it. So, fix the useless update button when you have a map update for people who pay for it or remove it in an app update since it does nothing. The most annoying thing about Sygic and told them many times and they refuse to fix it to make it like ever navigation app out there. If I am driving in the same exact street and it is exactly 3 miles until my next turn I am sure everyone like me and every other navigation app wants it to countdown when you get close and tell you to turn so you know total distance before you turn. How Sygic thinks is better is no clue and goes against the Law of Gravity and so many others. I am in the same street and my turn would be 3 miles ahead and know that from running every map program in my iPhone I can and they all say that. Why does Sygic not say that? It could have 1.2 miles, but that is to a diagonal street. Then .4 and that is to some other street. The others could have a simple 6 turns giving you information. Sygic will give you 25 counting all kinds of streets in your route and starting over. Put total distance until next turn. That is what it means not total distance with 5 streets before your turn. Totally annoying

Speed limits wrong location wrong etc deleted the app as you wanted me to supply correct speed limits and location inaccuracies… Would take for ever because there was so many of them… not worth it and the subscription cost..

I specifically deleted this app because of the app icon. The moment this app completed downloading I couldn’t wait because I wanted to see all these weird and unheard of features other map services don’t offer, but then I saw it on my Home Screen. And I screamed…. It looks like a Children’s play toy screen. beyond that the demand that we i Start a free trial is hilarious. There’s no definition or example of consistent quality control I. These hidden features… there’s no real support structure for issues and it seems like it’s crafted by somebodies nephew who lives in a garage and is attending a pathetic community college. Please hire a designer who knows how to create a decent looking UI. I’ll come back when y’all make something of your app.

I sent a feedback to developer but still Kosovo map doesn’t work after last update. Will write a review again after next update. Hope Kosovo map will be available.

Traffic has stoped working Three months ago. Contacted support and no Response, Crickets. It was my go to app now it’s Google maps. PS I paid for these features, a joke
