Bought a license and it worked fine but when I changed my phone the license didn’t carry over through my Apple ID . Sent several emails but nobody replies.
Can't Navigate

I tried to navigate from WhatsApp App but this app isn't appears in list to use it, I think i paid money for nothing

But the app doesn’t seem to have partnered with Ducati. I bought a brand new motorcycle in Italy, and it connects directly to my phone to display a map function when navigating. It’s super helpful but the only map application I can use is Sygic. I thought it would be fine, but when I went to look up directions to go back to the dealership for routine maintenance, the map software couldn’t even locate the Ducati dealership in Naples, Rome or anywhere nearby (I bought in Caserta). I had to go to Google to get the coordinates eventually to copy and paste into the app. On a later drive, I had an appointment and the navigation sent me on a new route it said would be faster through an area I didn’t know. It was directing me to go through an area that has been closed for two years and I ended up late to my appointment due to backtracking. To top it all off, I keep getting asked by the app to upgrade to premium when I can use Google maps for free, which overall provides me a better experience. I don’t care for the spam, the bad instructions or lack of a proper search function (other major landmarks are equally difficult to find, regardless of searching in Italian or English thus far). One star

Well if I could give negative stars I would say it’s a -5 star app. I have had this thing for years and continue to be hopeful that it will work someday. The 5 star ratings must be given by the developers and their family as I can find no value in the app. Isuue: app displays a turn arrow and a distance of greater than a couple of miles. Doesn’t give the name of the street on which to turn just says “follow the route”. NOT USEFULE Issue: app cannot find my home address even when I’m there. Says to download the appropriate map data. Hey, you guys supply the map data, make it right. I have reported the address and lat/long coordinates for over 5 years, still can’t find it. Issue: app crashes ALL THE TIME. I have never completed a trip regardless of how short it is without an app crash. Ya gotta do better than that. Issue: app crashes several times during map downloads. They want you to pay a premium to get new maps every month. Why would I want to go through that frustration every month when I can barely stand it every 4 months. Issue: I provide corrections and feedback but all I ever get is a form letter that says when enough folks desire (read demand) the change they’ll consider it. Sorry, I’m just trying to make this thing work the way a map app should work. I can’t believe you don’t really want the input. I could go on about the roundabout navigation loops, directions to turn where there isn’t a road, etc. but that would be like shooting the dog after you kicked it too many times. If you’ve read this far you got game and hopefully enough sense to not waste your time or money. Use apple maps or google maps. If you set your route while you have cell coverage it will navigate to your destination even if you drive out of coverage.

It’s still continues to give me a really weird routes that I don’t have on other map apps. There are times when there are businesses that you could see from the highway yet are on their own street and this app wants me to stop on a highway to access a business rather than going on the road that leads to it. This has a way to go before they can consider charging us for premium which I already paid and regret. The only reason why I am using this is because my Ducati motorcycle only connect to this application, otherwise I use Waze

I just upgrade to premium version and there is nothing different from the free version except the lane display, how to display traffic light ?? I can’t find it

All Favorites disappeared after last update. Poor algorithms avoiding freeways. Dark theme not consistent with car in Carplay.
