All licenses gone

BlueBuell

Upgraded my phone, none of my premium lifetime licenses transferred across. I’d purchase most everything they sell. Contacted customer support, they asked me to send receipts for my purchase, which I did. They then told me how to restore them, followed their instructions - did not restore licenses, so they stopped responding to me after I told them it didn’t work and have not restored anything. So I have nothing I paid for and even though I have proved purchases they have not done anything to remedy the situation. Seriously disappointed. Beware with upgrading, Sygic’s commitment to its customers is paper thin.

Love it but no water?!?

CJKoehn

I love this app for navigation, CarPlay, and for use in remote locations. But, why is water not blue, or any color other than the same as land for that matter? Water features are major landmarks useful for navigation.

Terrible

cortesdnv

Terrible app can even change or edit home or work address and your already charging for premium. I’m better of with Waze or google maps

Poor Directions

FM-Pros

I got this because I was going to be traveling in the western U.S. and knew I would have sparse internet connectivity with my phone and tablet. However, when I put in a destination and asked for directions, it gave me a 155 mile 2:51 minute route, which I knew was wrong. Fortunately, I had WiFi at my hotel and was able to produce the correct route in Apple Maps: 43 miles and 1 hour. As it turned out, the mis-routing was a result of the fact that the shortest route sent me across the border of another state for a couple of miles, and I hadn’t downloaded that state’s map. But rather than inform me that I needed to download another map, I got a route that was three times as long. Not great. Also, when navigating, if a road changes its name, the app instructs me to “turn right”, when I really need to go straight. This means that I have to look at the app and cannot rely on audio cues alone while driving - also not great.

Not modern

The most important feature of Sygic is that you can download maps for offline use. I long ago “graduated” from the no-longer available Garmin app to Google maps. But the offline features of Google Maps has been buggy lately as I live in an area of Colorado with spotty cell service. In order to assure I always have access to a map and navigation guidance I bought Sygic. Minuses: Sygic’s Apple Play display in “North Up” mode is useless. Fix it, Sygic! Make it work like Google! The user interface and display quality is about 15 years out of date. Sygic will never be my primary GPS but I will keep it on my phone for when Google Maps isn’t working.

Speedometer

Manny1956M

I find it ironic, how hard it is to find where I can change the odometer from kilometers per hour to miles per hour. Can anyone tell me where to find this conversion? I also find that the image lags, but I’ll give this possibly due to the reception

CarPlay 3 d crash crash crash

Rfiore

Zero support. First very hard to email support. Opens in email but no way to send the email. 2nd. Worked fine on car play in 2d then I paid to upgrade to 3D car play. Now it’s useless. Crash all the time. Like I said would have loved to email support but that’s not possible.

Expected better for the price.

The search seems really limited and won’t accept some addresses that google and waz recognize. Also, there are definitely some minor bugs in the voice directions vs what the screen shows. The voice tells you to turn right when a street goes from being divided to undivided highway. I don’t trust the points of interest. I told it to go to Mount Rushmore and it took me 20 miles away out in the middle of nowhere and wanted me to drive through a field. I used it on a 3,000 mile trip where cell service was poor. The offline maps were great backup, but had to rely on google a few times when Sygic was messed up....
