Kind of a joke

It cant find anything type in best buy it eont show any best buys and no home depots only other weird obscure businesses, it seems as they continue to make these free and not free, they put less and less effort into the maps over time XD this thing is a joke

I purchased the Sygic truck because it stated it works with apple car play. From the minute I purchased it will not connect to apple car play. As I was about to leave on a 3000 mile trip and it was not working like advertised I emailed the company asking what can I do. Two months later still waiting for ANY REPLY. Won’t repurchase one year membership ends

Basic Functions Bug-Ridden on iPad Pro

I have had Sygic on my iPad for years now, hoping the developer would eventually fix the software issues. It has been to no avail. While new bells and whistles have been added, bugs in the basic functions of the app have not been fixed. I will focus on the two issues that concern me most. The most debilitating issue is with map management. Map updates are highly problematic. The app often crashes during map updates. If a map update is interrupted for any reason, crash or otherwise, the app does not recognize that the update is incomplete. This means you can never finish the update. In the past I got around this by deleting all my maps and re-installing them. However, in the latest version of the app, I am unable to delete maps at all after a botched map update. Therefore, the maps remain in a state of limbo. My second major issue is with the Favorites list. It is impossible to delete a location from the Favorites list – if you open the Edit window, select a site to be deleted, press Delete, nothing happens. I get the distinct impression that the IOS version of this app is not high on the developer’s priority list. Otherwise, why would such basic functions still be glitchy after so many app updates over a period of years. I have paid a significant price for this app and its add-ons. I expect solid, reliable software for my investment.

Apart of the built in GPS systems, this is the only one on sale. I totally depend on it especially in saving my new destinations. An excellent App that’s always updating itself
Follow the route

“Follow the route.” That’s it. Nothing about which street I will turn on next, or if it will be an exit, or anything. Just, “Follow the route.” Reality doesn’t allow me to cross four lanes of freeway traffic when the directions suddenly indicate I should exit now, but showed all four travel lanes were recommended just a moment ago.
CarPlay should include with Premium World ?

I bought the Premium World Lifetime License for backup when traveling overseas, and whenever my phone doesn't have a phone signal. I like this app for almost anything. However, the Premium World Lifetime License should include CARPLAY instead of force user to buy extra every basic function. I would recommend this app for anyone need an onboard map, and willing to give it 5 stars, but since the map useless for Apple CarPlay so I think it deserves 1 star.
Duplicating entries

Three times same entry in the History and in the Favorites. It reappeares again after deleting two of them. The Edit function does not work.
