I love the sweat app! I was tired of doing my same old workout routines. The Sweat app changed things up and gave me new challenges for whole body. It feels good to have that sore muscle feeling, like you've actually done something. It hurts so good! I've been using the app for a little over a month and can already see the results!

I am constantly singing it’s praises! I refer everyone I love to this app. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5, is because I think it’s a little buggy. It may even be my iPhone, I’m not sure. Because I love it so much though, I don’t even care that much about it. I will do BBG the rest of my life!

Still not working properly with Apple’s Health Kit and Apple Watch’s Activity. Not writing activity data, even with the updated app.

I’ve lost 50 pounds just by following the resistance workouts, I ate my own food and in the beginning didn’t even do the cardio
Don't try to stream from phone
I have used the bbg e book forever now but I switched to the app! Love it more! It has a timer for me! Keeps me on track! Reminds me to workout! And I love the cool downs! Love it so much more

This app is really helping me to be more fit and eat better. I am not following everything but I can see in just a couple of weeks that my resistance has improved a lot. I've never thought I would be able to do that many squat!

This app is so convenient- they have a great music selection, or you can sync your music to the app. The workouts never get boring and you can even do them from home!
