Total racket – Sweat: Fitness App For Women Review

I would highly advise against signing up for this program. The workouts are very basic, and there are no variations given to make the exercises easier or harder depending on your level. It's very repetitive, and gets boring really quickly. With the endless types of exercises that exist, the narrow selection used in these workouts was frustrating. Some muscles groups get totally neglected. The app itself simply doesn't work -- I was not able to move any workouts around and workouts that I didn't do were marked as done and consequently unable to be changed. I appreciated the menus and found them helpful. But any redeeming value of this app is completely ruined by the fact that if you try to cancel, your emails will go on answered and money will continue to be debited from your bank account. There's no excuse for that. The app looks pretty, but no window dressing can hide a sub-par user experience and shady business practices.
