I love this app, it’s the only thing that’s worked for weight loss for me. So straight forward and convenient. I just realllllllly wish I could use this on my Apple TV!!!


Great app but wish it had calorie content

I Love bbg! I wish the app had the calories of all the foods in the meal plan. Its great to follow but if I need to trade out something it would be good to know how much I can swap out.

Kayla has done a fantastic job putting together achievable and rewarding workouts that clearly push you towards your goals. Plus, her meal plans support a variety of diets, which - as a vegetarian - is harder to find in workout apps IMO. Would recommend!

Ever since I started this app, my body is the most toned it’s ever been. It’s engaging with videos that show how exactly to do any exercise and details written in case you need more clarification. It makes you SWEAT for real. I’ve never used an app to work out before but this is engaging, rewarding, and makes working out fun. I feel AMAZING after each workout because it’s intense and it encourages you to take pictures afterwards which helps with documenting your journey. I also get to work out from the comfort of my own home which makes me sweat and move and push myself with no inhibitions which makes me work out harder than being in any gym. You save time and push yourself more and sweat like crazy and you feel amazing and get to relish in it afterwards. I have a very busy schedule and would never be able to workout with this intensity without this app. And it helps you out with meals too if that weren’t enough! I love my body and alot of this confidence comes from this SWEAT app that a friend randomly recommended to me at a Christmas party last year. Who would have known it would change my life this much!!!!

Cancellation policy

Please make sure to read the cancellation policy and make sure to cancel both on the app and go to your iTunes account under subscription and also cancel there as you will NOT get a refund from them and they are not helpful at all. When I sent them a complaint all they could say was for me to get in contact with Apple and I should’ve read the help comments under the app and they aren’t able to refund me my $40 I was charged for a service I didn’t use because OfCourse why would I think I would get charged for a free service I cancelled within the 7 days !!!


Best program for me

This program is the best one for me. I never stuck with anything else that actually worked to lose weight and reshape. I practice yoga daily but could never add anything else consistently until BBG. I can't believe how motivating the plan is and easy to adhere to. Mind you, the workouts are not easy! But the plan and the structure and ease of fitting a 28 minute workout in works for me. Finally!
