Don't waste your time or money. Incompetent customer service. – Sweat: Fitness App For Women Review

I had originally subscribed 3 months ago. I paused due to not finding much value from the app and starting personal training. After I while I decided to renewed on August 18, paid, saw the charge in my iTunes and bank statement. The app didn't grant me access immediately, fine. I'll give it 24 hours. Same thing each day I logged in it said my account was expired. I submitted a ticket... No response, I emailed again 2 weeks later, still with no access to the app. I asked for a refund, seemed fair enough to me. Nearly a MONTH later (after requesting and receiving my refund from Apple directly) I got a generic response from "Ashleigh" (full of puerile smiley face emojis as if that would make all my complaints go away) providing nothing more than a statement saying I was wrong... No offer to reset my subscription, no offer for a refund, nothing. What a waste of time. I would have gladly let this all go had I received appropriate customer service but the inane responses I received drove me to warn others.
