A few months ago, I reached 25k points and redeemed a gift card for Marshall’s/TJMAXX/ HomeGoods. The gift card has never arrived. When contacting the survey help, I’ve detailed the issues in three separate occasions, and none of my emails have been addressed or answered. I’ve spent Hours working on these surveys and this is frustrating! Beware!

If you were paid for the time you must spend to get a gift card, your hourly rate would be pennies. This app acquires and shares users’ personal information. The app developer is probably banking lots of cash at the expense of the privacy of desperate people. It’s truly not worth your time folks.

I have my location on all the time I get no Surveys, very disappointed was just Xmas shopping had to have been in 30+ stores and go no Surveys so that’s why I’m giving it a two star rating not happy.

I’ve had this app for a long time. I just love how you are able to trade points in for gift cards. This year you have to print the cards for a hard copy. That is the only thing I hate about the app. I like the cards mailed to you but that won’t stop me from using the app.

It’s a nice way to get something extra. I’ve used it for a few years and it’s so easy to use. The only thing I don’t like is the new “gift card” is now sent to you via Email. I don’t have a printer and live in the country, so printing out the “e-card” is not convenient. Hope they go back to mailing us the gift card. Much more convenient.

I have had this app for years! However, the amount of surveys have become less and so have the options I have to redeem. It would be nice if the options to redeem varied a little more. Currently there are none that interest me. Nor have there been because they don’t change. But it’s still a fun app.
