The only thing I wish the app had was more gift card options. For a while there was a $75 Visa gift card option, but that is no longer available. While there are still good choices, I wish there was more variety. I’ve also been saving for 4 years and am only at 71,000 points, and I’ve never cashed out. It’s quick and easy survey’s, so I guess it’s worth it.
Where’s the surveys?

Downloaded a couple of months ago. Got 9 surveys, nothing in last month and a half. Why not? Waste of time.

So I fill out these surveys all the time for the chance to earn these very small to no use prizes...... won a coupon for a free burger at checkers with the purchase of a drink and when I went to show the cashier as per the instructions and she couldn’t figure out what to do and investigated further she closed it out and completely ignores my whole situation...... very embarrassing and terrible experience...... mind you I was saving that coupon for weeks

I saved and saved my points, picked a card and never got the email :( several attempts of trying to contact support they haven’t answered me back!!! :(

We’ve been trying to change our emails in the app, because we got new emails. It won’t update, and we have emailed Survey Mini many times with NO REPLY from them. My wife is trying to redeem her points for a Olive Garden Card, so she needs to have her new email updated, so that she receives the card via email. Survey Mini has NO phone service only email, so it’s up to them when they want to email you back if they even do. We’ve been waiting for 3 days now for a reply on how we can update our email, because the app won’t update them.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! THEY DO NOT RESPOND!! GO TO THEIR FB PAGE FULL OF COMPLAINTS!! I’ve had this app for 4 yrs would’ve given them great reviews! They HAVE always paid me, UNTIL recently!! I have yet to receive my email for my $25 gift card. They WILL NOT respond! I’ve emailed customer service inside app, went to website and went to FB page!! Until this is resolved DON’t WASTE YOUR TIME, it IS NOW A SCAM!??
