They neither pay up nor answer the help emails! – SurveyMini Review

A few months ago, I reached 25k points and redeemed a gift card for Marshall’s/TJMAXX/ HomeGoods. The gift card has never arrived. When contacting the survey help, I’ve detailed the issues in three separate occasions, and none of my emails have been addressed or answered. I’ve spent Hours working on these surveys and this is frustrating! Beware!
