Where are the surveys?

I downloaded the app three weeks ago and have only been given two surveys. WASTE OF TIME
They don’t give you your reward

Waste of time. I had this app for months. I completed 82 surveys, which equaled to 12,000 points and chose a $10 iTunes gift card. I never received it. I emailed their support team about it 3.5 weeks ago, and I still haven’t gotten a response back for them.

It’s a nice app and easy. Surveys are short. But I find that it only gives me like 3 surveys a week when I visit places all the time it could be giving my reviews for. It will take quite a long time to build up the points to get anything from this app.

I downloaded the app. The only thing that was worth it was free case of water. I completed 174 surveys trying to stack my points up... I recently checked to see why surveys haven’t been dropping. Turns out all my points that I been saving up for have been removed or deleted. I emailed support no response. You will be wasting your time doin these surveys for no reward in the long run. TRUST ME!

These are not regular baroge of surveys. I enjoy seeing there is a survey. Location has to be on always. Then a survey may generate AWESOME. I have had this app for only 3 Months
Bojangles reward doesn’t work.

I like the fact that you can earn gift cards but I’m irritated that I received a Bo Berry Biscuit reward in my digital wallet for completing a survey and when I went to redeem it the app just gave me a “validation code” and not a bar code for them to scan. You can’t preview how to get an award because right after you look at the reward it expires out of your digital wallet so I had no way to know this would even happen. They were kind enough to still give me the free biscuit but it would’ve been a waste of a trip otherwise and I don’t like that. I give the app 2 stars for the gift cards though.

I’ve had this app for a long time but when I got a new phone a couple of months ago I don’t tend to get as many surveys?!
