25,000 wiped out without redeeming

I’ve been a loyal to SurveyMini. I’d accumulated 25,000 points. I completed a survey for 200 points as I saw 25,000 points disappear. I emailed support three or four times and no response.

I have had this app for a really long time and I just love it. All you do is make sure your location for app is turned on. Then when you shop it will send you surveys for stores you shopped at. All you have to do is answer the question truthfully and you get rewarded with points. Once you get so many points you can claim your prize. I have claimed a $25 iTunes card and also used a few coupons it sends me for different stores I can chose from a list of them where to go and use it. I only gave them 4 stars because I am on the road a lot traveling here and there. I feel like sometimes I get a lot of surveys other times I don’t. Not sure why that is. If you looking for a easy way to make extra money on s gift card this is the app for you. It takes some time to get the points but stick with it and it’s well worth it in the end. Cannot Redeem!

I cannot redeem my points as I keep getting an error that says “verification failed”! I send an email support request, and it got blocked!!! How dare you do that to people? This needs to be fixed, as it took me MONTHS to even get to 12,000 points. I don’t get nearly enough surveys as it is, and working this hard only to get blocked is ridiculous, and it needs to be fixed.

I live in a metro area and get no surveys. I’ve had the app for months and have completed 3 demo surveys. Not worth it.

I like this app but honestly you’re only going to a $25.00 gift card once per year. I had 17,000 points in my account, which I had been earning since January. This morning I noticed a new email on my account and that I am down to 5000 points in my account. I quickly changed the email back and sent an email to support but I cannot find a way to change my password. I wouldn’t recommend signing up for this app as you simply don’t earn enough and the settings are not easy to navigate or get answers from. I really would appreciate someone from customer service letting me know what can be done to rectify this situation.
