Very annoying to redeem

Twice I have been standing at the checkout and attempted to redeem a coupon only to have it tell me “try again later” It’s very disappointing. I can’t figure out the randomness of points either. I can’t eat all the Krystal burgers I win or the “buy one get one” donuts. Sometimes if I actually have not been to a place it asks me about, I get 500 points. But a place I visited and submitted a survey, I only get 100 points. Go figure.

Had this app for years and used it with no complaints. Received push notification a few days ago that said I had two new surveys to complete. Okay, cool. I open the app to complete them and I immediately noticed that my points were missing. I was holding onto them so I could redeem a gift card. I did some investigating thinking maybe points expire, but nope - I was hacked. There was another email address in the app and all the points were obviously stolen by someone else. I changed the email address and went looking for someway to contact them to let them know what happened. Finally found an email address and sent an email asking for help and the restoration of my points. It’s been crickets ever since. No reply. Nothing. They have no phone number to contact them and I don’t know what to do. I’ve deleted the app because I just gave up on ever hearing from them. Do not download this app. There’s lots more like it and they have better customer service. Don’t waste your time.

As soon as I started racking up points, they stopped sending surveys. They also did not give points after completing surveys. Don’t waste your time!

I’ve had this app for a few months now and I don’t ever seem to get any surveys. My wife gets them from time to time but I’ve gotten maybe 4 in 3 months and I drive a truck for a living and I’m always stopping at places and still nothing. If it don’t change I’ll delete this app

It takes time to get points which isn’t really a big deal. Sometimes you get 100, sometimes more and sometimes options for other rewards, they don’t short you on the reviews either.just redeemed points for a $25 dollar gift card and will continue using the app

I signed on with this app and began taking surveys. Every time my total got close to a new reward level, the rewards I was working towards would disappear. The app started glitching even more just before I reached the 12,000 point mark. I emailed the company that my points had all disappeared and never received a response. I know they are giving away free stuff so I shouldn’t complain, but I spent my time giving feedback for nothing now. I will go back to Shopkicks as that seemed more legitimate.

I had a good amount of points and I just randomly lost them. Is there a certain time frame that you have to use the points by cause I wasn’t aware?
