HORRIBLE COMPANY- tax penalties

I need to write this before I'm hauled off to jail. SurePayroll completely failed to properly submit tax filings on my behalf. They have had a full year to clear this up. Now, I just received a letter in the mail from the Ohio Attorney General's Collections Enforcement Section. Although I owe nothing, but because of SurePayroll, the tax bill is $1396.58 including penalties and interest. SurePayroll does not take the time to make sure the necessary paperwork has resolved the matter. Forget the app-FIND ANOTHER COMPANY TO DO YOUR PAYROLL

SurePayroll has implemented a system for logging in that is so secure, their own clients spend a great amount of time trying to reach someone to assist with accessing their accounts. Worst payroll company ever!
Unable to log in

I haven't been able to log into the app since the system outage in July 5th. My username and password work just fine logging into the website. The support folks I've chatted with tell me I'm entering in my credentials incorrectly. Funny how they work just fine for the website.

Touch Id doesn't work. Can't enter a payroll with just vacation or sick time. Ok if you don't mind manually logging in and have a simple payroll if you can't get to the desktop. Desktop web site isn't great either but it's functional.

A bit ridiculous that this feature has not been fixed yet. What is preventing a fix?
Desktop login works but app login doesn’t.

Have called SurePayroll many times and let them know that it won’t recognize my username or password - They don't care. They all say the same thing....just “reinstall the app and it should work.” Welp, still doesn’t work. I can understand every app has bugs but if you can’t even log in then why have an app. Been like this for Weeeeeeeeeeks! Will update review when fixed.
