Desktop login works but app login doesn’t. – SurePayroll for Employers Review

Have called SurePayroll many times and let them know that it won’t recognize my username or password - They don't care. They all say the same thing....just “reinstall the app and it should work.” Welp, still doesn’t work. I can understand every app has bugs but if you can’t even log in then why have an app. Been like this for Weeeeeeeeeeks! Will update review when fixed.
