Easy way to pay

My payroll used to take hours, this company and app is so fast and easy, now it only takes minutes and I can do it from my phone.

I really like their customer support and ease of use of this app. By far the best value on the market for the small businesses. Keep up the good work.

Touch ID doesn’t work. Splitting hours is not intuitive. Works for simpler payrolls but that’s about it.

I pay a good deal of money to process payroll on the go. They can’t bother to fix their app over 6 months time. I can’t login on the app. Works fine on desktop. After many complaints and discount on services, they still don’t give a crap. I was able to process payroll on app first few months - then nothing. They don’t care at all.
What a POS and I don’t mean Point of Sale!

Useless app. It almost never works and attempts to use it result in getting locked out of the account. Looking around for another company to use.

Fast and intuitive. Saved me so much time and a lot of frustration when I was traveling and forgot to run my payroll before I left. I couldn't log in to my laptop, but I had my iPhone! Made my employees very happy, that's for sure! Also like that I can see my payroll reports and information to contact my employees if I have questions. Noticed the security feature--if I ever forget my phone in a cab (which I've done a few times), and I forget to log off the app, the app times out from inactivity so one one can see my information. Nice to know my payroll provider is ahead of the times! My employees look forward to their own app. Hopefully, that's in the works.
