Does not work for employer

If you have employees with different total hours from pay period to period it will not save the new total hours. They used this app to justified raising prices when they should be ashamed for having such a crappy app.

I just accessed the website on my computer and was able to log in just fine. Saw they had an app so I downloaded it and entered the same login info and it said it was invalid. *DELETE*

I've noticed SurePayroll has responded quickly to suggestions on how to make the iPhone app even more useful in the latest release. They listen. I look forward to seeing what comes next. Update - Sept 2010. I noticed SurePayroll now offers a free app for employees of SurePayroll clients, called Mobile Paycheck!. Employees can view their paystubs via the product. So I tried it and it works great too!
App confusion

Hi sure payroll. I think there is quite a bit of confusion over which app to download based on whether you are an employer, or employee. I just found the app for employees after having the employer app for 2 months and waiting for an update to let me login. I think it would help a lot of your customers, and would boost your ratings significantly, to clearly be able to distinguish which app to grab. Only by going to sure payroll website was I able to figure out I needed a different app. Happy Holidays!

All the bad reviews are from employees. If you are the employer and use sure payroll this system is as easy to use if not easier than the website. The only thing that could make this app even better would be a place to enter employees hours each day if we wanted to. For a small business owner like myself with employees with flexible shifts that would be golden!

This app is horrible. Doesn't work 90% of the time. I try and log in and after 30 sec of attempting it says error try again later. Seemed like a good idea but not worth paying for this service if it doesn't work

I've been using SurePayroll for my small business since I opened and love the ease of use. But I can't believe how much easier and faster running my payroll is since I started using this App!!! My payroll will never be ran late again.
