This app was working fine for me. I upgraded to iOS 9 and now the app continually locks up and is not functional

This app has not been updated in 4 years yet they still advertise it on their site as an easy way to complete payroll. It's useless.

Normally I'm not one to be so harsh. However clearly this was written in days before modern iOS apps. If you aren't going to keep the product up to date just pull it from the App Store.
Why is this app still available if abandoned?

This app used to work a year or so ago, but recent iOS updates have rendered it useless junk. I will be leaving surepayroll as a customer because they lack a mobile app.
Freezes. Unusable app. Just use the website.

Just tried it for the first time and the app freezes every time I log in. My username and password is correct and have solid wifi connection. I recommend just using the website and forgetting this app altogether.

App for iPad Needs Improving

As a customer, I really like using Sure Payroll. Both the iPhone and iPad Apps have made processing payroll very convenient while on the go; plus ensuring payroll can be processed on time and discreetly during a meeting. However, I do like the look and feel of the iPhone App better over the iPad App. Also the Touch ID does not work with the IPad Pro. Correct these two items and the IPad App would receive 4 Stars. To receive 5 Stars I would want to see functionality for wireless printing of reports while using my iPad.
