I hate the redesign

I've been using the app for years, usually around the fall every year for college football tickets. This year I discovered they redesigned the app. I tried to buy tickets and had a terrible time navigating around within the app. Especially frustrating is the interactive map - this used to be easy to use but now on my iPhone 6 it was a nightmare to try to select the sections within the venue I was interested in. Also the screen seems crowded now and the layout is pretty bad. This really stinks since it will mean that I'll have to use a computer to order any future tickets as I consider the mobile app almost unusable at this point in time (reviewed August 28, 2016)

It's a great app to use and easy but it still has its kinks but overall good

There is no way to email tickets to yourself from the app (you'd think that would be possible from the 'email tickets' button, but you'd be wrong because that button does nothing), so if you don't have wireless printing you are SOL. Fortunately their website isn't garbage so the tickets aren't a lost cause. Worthless app though

Tickets are not guaranteed. Double sold my tickets to a concert as a buyer. Buyer beware.
