Tired of safari bouncing to this app in the App Store without my consent.
Why no sort by row?!?

Following the full desktop version change from several months ago, the StubHub App no longer lets you sort by row. Because why would anyone ever want to sort by how close they are to the field/stage/etc?!? I get that some folks are strictly price conscious, but not all of us are. Sometimes the best way to find a good deal is to sort by row and scroll until you find what you want. No longer an option here. The crazy thing is that all the app is doing is presenting information from a database. It take no more effort to sort by row than it does to sort by any other field. Why remove that as an option? Dumb.

I recently downloaded the Stubhub app while searching for Alabama football tickets for my husbands birthday. It's been really helpful so far. It's a nice layout, easy to find the things I'm looking for. And I love that it shows a view of the seats when you click to view the tickets. I'm also an avid concert goer so I'm sure I will be using the stubhub app from now own to purchase my concert tickets as well!

Why have an app if you cannot utilize it for what this business is all about, selling tickets? I have not once been able to load tickets to sell from the app for as long as I can remember. When entering all pertinent information for a ticket sale, I get to the end to submit and receive a pop up message stating ticket listing is not active. Save yourself the frustration and use a competing ticket site!

This app doesn't function well at all. Seems incapable of locating events being searched for.

"You have no tickets Available"... Except I do. My phone has them, why can't my watch read them. It's the only reason I downloaded the app. ... UPDATE: for anyone reading these I had to uninstall from the AppleWatch app. Then reinstall on to my watch and it finally loaded my tickets. Still not ideal but until they fix the problem try that. Problem is my barcode is not showing. I don't know if that is my event or all. But kind of made it pointless.

Always has great details, but could work on updating correct locations & distances from those locations. I have never really had any problems with the app though. Always sweet & to the point. ?

If there's a game you're wanting to attend, you can "favorite" it. I'm not sure what this does though as you still have to search for it every time you open the app. I've gotten notifications -"don't forget about your tickets". Yeah, don't worry I haven't forgotten that Saturday is a big game. Why doesn't that game default to the first option when I open the app? Instead there's other "recommendations" and I have to start my search over each time.
