New version doesn't work

This no longer opens on my iPhone. Very frustrating considering it was working fine before this version.

Probably the easiest, fastest way to get tickets... The pricing is fair. I love that I can download tickets instantly and place them in my passbook.
Won't save my favorites

I've tried multiple times with different connection, but the app will just not save my favorites. Spent a good 30 mins saving my favorites only to find out they weren't even saving...

Don't use this app if you want your tickets to display at the venue. Although I had downloaded the tickets into my "wallet" in the app, they were unavailable upon my arrival to the event. Fortunately, I was able to access them through the Internet browser on my phone. Otherwise, I would have had to wait in line for will call for them to print tickets. This app is a disappointment.
Hidden fees are back!!

Ugh, it's such a letdown... As a loyal customer for 4+ years, I can't believe SH has gone back to trying to dupe me and hiding fees until checkout. So annoying.

As far as apps go stubhub is much much better. You can filter by which section you want to sit in rather on ticketmaster you can only search for "best available" A+ stubhub
Keeps crashing on launch

Just updated the app today. Now it won't open. This app literally keeps closing by itself. Weird and annoying.
