Nice app being able to connect with friends in different countries and can be using different phones...iPhone or Android phones to join a challenge. But keep getting kicked out of the app and when I do log in, it’s not able to connect to my challenge. Hope it gets fixed soon.


Great concept but Needs updating revisions

I really enjoyed this app in the beginning with my friends but then I began to notice it was tracking incorrectly and not just by a few steps but 2000-4000 steps so why bother using.. Have Apple upgrades and this app is behind unlike some other apps..


adding random people to group challenge

I’m trying to make a group challenge with my friends and it keeps adding random people to the challenge even when i set it on private

I just tried to create a challenge with some friends and invited 12 people, but it will only let 11 join the challenge before it is full. Really? It says to invite your friends to the challenge and “the more the merrier”, but cuts off at 11 people.


Facing one issue in the app

Sync up is not happing for a past day inside a challenge group. showing less steps in the group but have more stop in a day.

Do they still have people updating this app? It started off as a pretty decent app but seems like the developers has abandoned the app. No update in 10 months! Smh ??‍♂️

Am I crazy? I’m reading a help article that says send a message through “contact us” section of the app, but I can’t find this said section! Making asking for help/outreach in general for customers should be a priority in every company
