I wanted to like this app but after joining two separate challenges that both just disappeared I’m done. I’ll find one that actually works.

Thanks for the opportunity!

TERRIFIC FOR TEAM CHALLENGES

fitbitxgames

Our Facebook group, Fitbit X-Games, has been using this app to host creative themed team challenges for the past two years. We love it!! The interface is streamlined in such a way that we can easily create teams to compete against each other in a myriad of virtual races/walks. All the while keeping things nicely organized amid separate challenge rooms. The ease of the stats screens gives us far more strategic complications that can be used for fun events, not to mention a great selection of mapped challenges. We began as a team challenges group for users of Fitbit fitness trackers. However, their challenges app is constantly riddled with glitches and limitations. In our search to fix this we found Stridekick!! Thanks to this app we now include team players who use any type of fitness tracker, Apple Watch, Garmin, Fitbit, Google Fit users all interacting and working out side by side, from various points all over the world. The only way to improve on the app would be for each challenge style (other than just Target) to automatically show the total of all players steps/miles. This makes the fitness challenge host’s job easy. We needn’t then do the individualized math of adding up each player’s final score -useful when you must add up hundreds of players steps from multiple teams. Also.. the ability to add another host/admin to send out manual invites when required, or remove steppers from challenge room, would be an awesome addition. These are minor improvements however. The app is brilliant as is. Thank You Stridekick for bringing the fitness community closer together. Love ya! Ally_X_Games

I use this app everyday! I’m in a challenge group and this app serves its purpose! Everyone can use it! Fitbit, Apple Watch, GPS apps...Garmin! I love that I can be friends with people from that group and we can challenge each other!!! Sometimes I feel like people expect too much from everything in their life! This app works! It’s a fabulous way to get more people involved! I like the group tracker!

Forget about trying to get help

musical me

Stridekick doesn’t seem to care about the casual free user. They have a $200+ per MONTH subscription service for their corporate users, so they’ve taken down every possible avenue for regular users to get technical assistance for their shoddy app. -challenges sometimes don’t start on the start date, no explanation -challenges don’t end on time, they wait for everyone to sync, for DAYS, with no cutoff -no way to remove challenges from your page, time dictates that. No manual archive -absolutely no rhyme or reason to the order of the challenges on your homepage -ugly and non-intuitive interface Hit me up if you want to offer support, Stridekick. Major disappointment so far!

Doesn’t save my challenge

Having issues and no support

Alisha3377

This app is great when it works. The app has not been syncing my Fitbit and others in my group are having similar issues. I tried to contact the support but the site says it no longer has the support. Help please.

Hard to update steps won’t roll over from Fitbit

Update has pushed us out

We used this platform and loved it. Unfortunately the company has updated their platform and made it impossible for a small business to use the group platform for a reasonable price (increased by 150 per month). Only catering to large corporations now. Disappointing!
