Pretty convoluted ?

HawaiianKong

I created a challenge and sent invites to friends. Some were able to join easily, and some couldn’t figure it out. The interface looks slick, but it’s overall pretty clunky with so many buttons going in different directions. Feels like step-tracking is just a subfunction of the app (too much emphasis on sharing, social media, messaging, etc). I selected the option to be able to manually enter steps, but I haven’t been able to figure out how to actually do that (been using the app for 3 solid days now). No idea what the difference is between selecting “Apple Health” and “iPhone” as the fitness device. My friends and I wanted to like this, but we’re already looking for an alternative.

Steps aren’t syncing correctly

DaniCovi

I have a Apple Watch and my steps are always more on my watch than what the app says even when I sync it! Very frustrating! It should sync what my watch says!

Can’t Create Account

coreydwaynetherockjohnsonthomp

Not only could I not create a new account using (using Garmin, login with Facebook - locked up at a blank white screen), but when I use the link on the App Store for support, it leads to a web page that they’re not using for support anymore. Come on, guys

Horrible App

This App is absolutely horrible. I continuously get error messages. It also won’t let me delete someone who I don’t want joining a challenge.

What’s wrong

Janaia73

I downloaded this app and it worked perfectly until 2 weeks ago and now it does not show the challenges.

Love to share with Garmin or Apple etc friends!!

This was a little bit of a challenge for me to get setup correctly at first but Stridekick helped me via messages. ?

Disappointed

bwgarrison

My workplace planned on doing a month-long competition to get everyone moving. The app works well for keeping track of everyone’s steps and integrating several trackers. Biggest problem was that the billing cycle wasn’t when our competition started. We had to pay 2 months worth of money to get 1 month of app usage. DO NOT RECOMMEND unless you want to use the group setting for several months. Will not use again.

Don’t support mine.

Matchjen6

Supports every major fitness tracker but mine. Samsung is a very common brand.

Sync is days behind

Acv415

The app is a great concept but definitely needs some work. I have to go to “change device” and manually log into my FitBit account every time I want my steps to sync. Challenges do not update current step data in real time either. Kind of a let down.
