This app is trash!

nicbizzy

Only downloaded this app because we have a step challenge through my work and they chose this app as the tracking provider. It's terrible. It syncs quickly but misses entire days worth of steps and activity! I've had the app since the beginning of the year and have easily had months worth of days not be counted! The steps will display accurately on my watch but show up as 0 on the Stridekick app. Apparently this isn't an issue unique to me but seems to be one that is not being addressed. Do better!

Improve Leaderboards

I use it primarily for the step competitions. However the leaderboard is clumsy to review. It should be a main tab opposed to your progress, and then the group tab. Update***Taken down to one star. What happened to what used to be Matchup??? Matchup was fantastic and allowed a great UI, seamless menus for competitions and it just worked. This doesn't update properly and it's clunky. Why change a good thing? Would not recommend for download

Stridekick is THE best way to stay connected with all your friends across the spectrum of wearable fitness devices.

The app is great for challenges but does not accurately sync your steps correctly... so in order to meet the challenge you must increase your daily distance often over 1000 steps to meet the challenge and that's a substantial inaccuracy! Please fix this glitch! Otherwise I love the app!

Enjoying this app especially as it uploads directly to my jobs stepping challenge

Expensive and cannot handle monthly competition based on distance instead of steps

Tui & Zoey

Expensive at $5 per user over 10 people for a competition and unable to base a monthly competition on KM or miles

Great app and better support/customer service

Using Fitbit- one of my days did not sync properly so I messaged them. They responded within the hour, explaining why it happened and how to avoid(which is easy to do), they fixed it for me AND offered to fix it again if I ever didn't sync within the required time frame (3 days). You can't beat service like that from a free app.
