Sooo the username and password that I’ve used for literally 10 years is suddenly wrong?
I'm forced to manually sign in every time and then even after enabling touch id it falls to recognize it
I’m sitting on stock and I can’t sell it in the app. The transactions tab just goes blank and it hasn’t been fixed in months. My money is relying on them fixing this, and I wish my company let me use a different bank than Morgan Stanley now. Their website is also unusable.
Portfolio screen displays nothing and you then have to close the app. It’s been doing this for many months. It’s always astonishing to me when a big company like this can’t put out an app that works. It’s a bad reflection on the company and their customer service.
The old app showed a clear “realized/unrealized” gain/loss, which isn't displayed neither in the new app or the web portal.
I didn’t think anyone released apps without this feature anymore. Until it is changed I am not likely to use it much.
