An app that doesn’t allow you to use it unless you do something on desktop? What year is this? Wow.

I consistently have login problems with the app where Touch ID is enabled and doesn’t work and even when I login without Touch ID it doesn’t work...tells me I need to go to the website. Whats the point in having an app? On the rare chance I can get in, it’s not transactional or functional so you need to go to the website anyway. Extremely frustrating and the worst app I have of any company.

I was only able to sign in successfully once. After that, the app doesn’t allow you to sign in with Touch ID or via manual sign in. It prompts to use 2FA with you phone number but then can’t populate your phone number in the list. Functional useless
New look broke things

Data wont sync with Mint anymore. Also personal settings are buggy and there is no way to contact you but by phone, this is archaic.
Utter garbage

New app is completely unusable on iPad, won’t even let me type my username. Works only in compatible (iPhone) portrait mode, like it was written in 2007. How can I trust my money to fools who replace a working app with a new completely broken one?
