The app has you accept 72 pages of terms and conditions, tries to have you enable location tracking for no good reason, and then tells you you need to login via the website on a desktop ?♀️?
Much worse than the old version

While the old app is pretty crappy, this one is considerably worse with confusing ui. Also there is no way to review which shares are selected if you select options like “sell oldest share first” which makes it completely useless.
No long term / short term capital show!

This app does not allow you to see what shares are in long term / short term gains. It doesn’t even allow you to see when you acquired shares to calculate it yourself! Literally the most basic function of a broker.
Can’t log in now

Wasn’t great, but worked for awhile. Then it started saying that contact info must be updated on tablet or desktop. I tried that, but still getting the same message. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, still doesn’t work. Without login, this app does exactly nothing other than causing frustration and using up time to do so.

It worked well about 9 months ago but it didn’t have Touch ID. No big deal. They actually introduced it a short while later. However, it seems whatever update they performed a month ago totally ruined it and now the portfolio won’t load, rendering it sort of useless.

Will not save login info, no Face ID. Really, what is the point of the app? It makes me wonder if they have idea what customers need or if this app is just checking the box so that they can say they have one?

Continue to get error message. Requires me to update my profile on desktop. Which I have done over and over. Still can not login. Wish my company would switch to different brokerage!

Terribly slow and takes you to website to log in!? Freezes a lot. Anyway there is another MS app which gives you the same account info and trading tools. Why even have this crap?
