Maybe next time you want to release a new version of the classic app warning people about the migration and showing up with release notes and the new "Classic" name. Typical financial services cluelessness...
Zoeeeeew
After authentication it says I can’t run this app on iOS 12.4 - which is stupid since it was downloaded from the App Store
never use the app
I was relying on funds from my stock to pay an important transaction for my home purchase. Apparently there is a difference between Wire Transfer vs. Electronic Transfer. A wire transfer is also an electronic transfer on their website. BUT, one option takes 2 days to hit your account and the other takes 5 days. I was 100% relying on my money to be in my account, but that didn’t happen. Had to scramble and borrow from family to avoid losing my home. To make matters worse, when I called customer service to share the UI feedback, I was yelled at and lectured for not knowing better. That if I had just called to do the transaction then maybe I wouldn’t be in this position. That if I had used the website because the app doesn’t support all features... Just wow. It was so bad she called me back to apologize.

When i login to the app, it tells me my Stockplan account is not supported and I should use the classic version. Only idiots need to develop 3 versions of an app to support different account types.

Same comment as everyone else. When trying to sign in it tells me I’m not using the right app and I need to use the classic version. Idiots! FIX YOUR APP!!!

This week it was the “cannot establish secure identity to the server” developers at MS must be really enjoying their retirement.

The app does not work at all. Every time I try to enter it shows me a message saying that the server connection cannot be verified and it just blocks everything.....
MS cmon!
The old app at least showed you tax lots and made selling in lots easy. With the new there’s even less information available to the consumer.
