Can’t login, I get redirected to the web, I login from there and it goes back to the app saying I need to go to the web again

I enjoy the updated look but miss the ability to look at the different lots (monthly purchases) to see what they were purchases at and if they are sold would they be a loss or gain.

The old app showed every purchase and how much I made or lost over time. I can’t even see the stock value at purchase. Horrible app, needs improvement.

I downloaded this app for my stocks through my employer. At first it let me sign up and login . I went back to it to show my coworkers how to sign up before our buy in date and then it started happening. It said it’s a problem logging in and it’s a problem with the network . It’s then sends me to another screen to verify my phone number but my phone number is never there . I deleted the app and reinstalled but the same thing keeps happening. If you are looking for a good brokerage then go with E*TRADE

One star is an overly generous rating. The app’s fingerprint login is pointless, because no matter how many times you set it up, the app makes you manually log in and set up Touch ID again and again. And what’s the point of having an app that opens the Safari browser every time you want to log in? It’s an app, for crying out loud. Even more annoying, at seemingly random intervals, the app won’t even let you manually sign in by typing in your user name and password, and instead forces you to log in using a desktop browser.

How can a financial services company be so insouciant about what is important to the customers. I called and found out that the app is a huge problem. I wish I could move my money to another company.

Logging in to the app completely breaks every time there’s an update to the Terms and Conditions. The app says it will redirect you to stockplanconnect.com to sign in, and then when it does so, you log in, and it takes you right back to app sign in as though you never did anything. You’re in a loop. Do they not test this app?
