CANNOT CANCEL ORDERS AND NO REFUND

Accidentally ordered from the wrong location. Call the store and they said that we had to cancel on the app but the app says that we have to call the store and have them cancel it. The person on the phone at the store claimed that they had no idea how to and that they can’t cancel orders at all. My husband and I just wanted a quick and easy dinner after a hard week with our newborn, but that turned into over an hour online and on the phone trying to get our $18 back, which never happened.

Doesn’t work still, 4th trip now where I can’t get my points. Employees tried scanning at register, tried scanning barcode, tried manually entering code. Cheap app just like the cheap food smh
It crashes

Placed the order, and my son went to pick it up but it closed every time he tapped “I’m here.” No one answered the phone number listed on the app.

Everytime I try to choose a time for delivery, the app crashes. Every time. Without fail. Come on bro.

Went to steak and shake yesterday bought a meal and code won’t work for manual entry or scan entry. “Says not close enough to location” oh so scanning receipt to get your points has to be done when your still in drive through? Or you have to go back to be “I’m range”? No I should be able to account for any of my purchases from any location I go to be it from my home or work.

We have a Steak ‘n Shake franchise in the town however it does not show it to be on the app. Epic fail!

There’s a glitch on the app. When asking to migrate rewards and points, it asks for you to put in the email associated then to put your full name and then create a password. It then says that there’s an account already with the email…. Of course there is
Received message about new app

Received a message that a new app Is to be released. It states that saved gift cards will not work when trying to use for in store orders, states that function has not been programmed yet. The old app should not be discontinued until all functions work.
