Steak ‘n Shake service used to be exceptional. Recently, we are not even acknowledged at the door, when you come in you are ignored!

I love steak ‘n Shake they have great food great service service and awesome experience go to it

I ordered. Got there. Nothing ready and I was talked to like I was stupid when I arrived. It also said it was going to give me a $2 discount and then it charged me full price and sent me an email saying it charged me double. 100% garbage!

Having difficulty logging in to Internet at store the last two times. Other than that Steak n Shake is great

if i could select no stars for this app i would the app tried to cleverly sneak in extra charges to my online order that i never put on order when i contacted someone about this issue they made me feel that i was misinterpreting the extra charges they claimed it was the amount before any coupon was added which is not true do not get this app the support for this app is a joke

Didn’t know how to add coupons and the store couldn’t take them off! Would have been nice to be prompted for my coupons and explain on how to put them In!

We had a little wait but the restaurant wasn’t nearly as pack as it usual was and none of our food was fresh and hot. Not the burgers or the fries .. sent old ones back and they weren’t fresh either (so why did we wait so long for our food?) I just expected better

We waited for our food for too long. Drinks came at the same time. First we were missing fries. Then we had to ask the manager for the cheese sauce. Other tables got food and shakes before us but were seated after us. The restaurant was not even close to full.
