The app is frustrating you can’t load points for in store purchases you can only get points is you order from this app. It’s frustrating and pointless to even have an app if it won’t do what it’s suppose to and this is the only way to complain without it hitting my local store which has nothing to do with this bad app.

I ordered from the Steak and Shake at 1158 Gravois Rd in Fenton. They forgot to give my shake to the door dasher, and when I called the restaurant, they acted as if they didn’t even care about their customers. Very very poor customer service??
Gift cards now useless!

I have over $25 in gift cards on the app, and now I can’t make purchases using it except through the app. Guess what? Not a single Steak & Shake near me is showing on the app. This is the Tampa area not podunkville. Instead, I get a “vendor error” when I try to locate a nearby restaurant. I feel cheated.

This app is trash it never let me go and find a store, or sign in sometimes. I had a free milksake when i first sign up and now theres nothing to be found its lost. There web page is the same trash! I love this place, but they need to improve this importante thing! PLEASE!

Can’t download the new app. Just keeps saying update and won’t let me. Terrible service on the app and correspondence with them.

This latest iteration seems much smoother and appealing than previous versions. Unfortunately, after three transactions scanning this app I still have received no rewards, I have a $1 reward marked as spent even though it was not applied to my order, and I have received no response to my in-app feedback seeking help. There also seems to be no mechanism in the app for scanning a receipt if scanning could not be done at the counter. I would like to give this a higher rating, but the broken rewards are a dealbreaker.
