CANNOT CANCEL ORDERS AND NO REFUND – Steak 'n Shake Rewards Club Review

Accidentally ordered from the wrong location. Call the store and they said that we had to cancel on the app but the app says that we have to call the store and have them cancel it. The person on the phone at the store claimed that they had no idea how to and that they can’t cancel orders at all. My husband and I just wanted a quick and easy dinner after a hard week with our newborn, but that turned into over an hour online and on the phone trying to get our $18 back, which never happened.
