What’s new in 8.2? SAME STUPID OLD START PAGE!!!

... START PAGE FROM A YEAR AGO!!! Makes you want to hate it if running into problems with the app! And the two-step authentication does not allow to send a code via email to sign in. Lying responses of changing the opening page. Lies about extra two-step authentication options to select. On top of this: Erasing one and two star reviews to make it look better will get us riled up even more so we will keep giving one star reviews!

Absolutely nobody: “I want to see account balances on my watch!” What would be more useful: to be able to contact roadside assistance using the watch app.
Punishes you for not running red lights or avoiding accidents

If you stop to not run a red light and have to brake harder than a slow glide to a stop you are punished severely in the app. You also get punished for not slamming into a car but breaking hard when someone cuts you off Guessing this is intentional to make sure nobody can actually get the full discount

This app is ridiculously difficult to set up. Amazing State Farm can’t get this correct.

I used to have State Farm insurance but I do not anymore, I do however still have a credit card with them. I cannot find my credit card on the app anymore to manage it! Where did it go?!?

But when it comes to MAKING YOUR INSURANCE PAYMENT it’s practically useless. Once you have an automatic payment in place, there’s no way to change your payment method! Do you want to pay your bill early? Can’t do that in the app either! They make you login on the website instead. They’re so concerned with all the frills of the app they forgot to include basic functionality.

The first issue is the password. The app (really it’s the developers) have pretty strict password requirements. So forget being able to memorize your password for the few times you use the app. That would be more-tolerable if they would enable Touch ID like most other developers do. Once one finally gets in, navigation isn’t all that intuitive. It takes some poking around to be able to do what I want to do. Some things are straightforward but not the most common ones. The app has potential. It’s just unrealized potential.
Awesome App. Works with Apple Pay in the app!

It is easy to use. I love the fact I can pay my bill with Apple Pay. I will never auto bill again.

Don’t waste your time getting this app. I can’t even get past the create your account page. After I create my user ID and password, the screen freezes and won’t let me submit it. And yes, I have created a password using the required letters, numbers and special characters.

Everyone in this office is great. Always there when we need them. Very helpful with any question or concern. I don’t know if I’m getting the best rate but I know I am getting the best service and that’s worth a lot! They are covering everything we own and is at a very affordable plan.
