App not working

I use this app to pay my bill and check on other insurance issues. Currently app is not even notifying users of payments due or even if payments are posting to their account. Some one rally needs to fix some bugs and fast.

Enough of having to verify every other log in. It’s ridiculous and gets old quickly. Keeps putting verification out there. Called number and sat on hold for 15 minutes. Never mind. I will just delete the app.
No network connection :(

I have been using this app for my insurance cards and for paying my bills for years now.. all of a sudden it quit working. All of my other apps work but the SF app says “We couldn’t get a network connection”.. and I’ve tried going to SF website and it says “403-Forbidden”. What is going on?

It would be great to be able to pay all auto insurance policies with one payment instead of each one individually on the app from an iPhone.
