State Farm app has come a long way.

Developers have done a great job. There are still things I’d like to see enhanced: Document center within the app rather than pushing user to the mobile site Complete document history rather than just the last 24 months (I believe that is how far back it currently goes). Home inventory feature to document photographs and details such as serial numbers of personal belongings. Those are just a few suggestions for the moment I’ve been hoping to see for awhile. Looking forward to continued development!

Ever bill never gets payed i have to manually pay it or they cancel my my policy
No policy number or reference for payment

When payment is due, only the amount due is give. I have several policy with State Farm, it would be nice to know when payment is due which policy i am paying ie. auto, home, life etc
Stop asking about 2FA every login

I love that two-factor authentication is enabled, but wish it was simply a setting that was either enabled or disabled, and not something I have to re-agree to every time I log into the app. Alternatively, it could have another check box ere you can opt-out of seeing the 2FA acknowledgement every time you login.

Tried updating the app and wouldn’t so I had to delete and download the app again and the app wasn’t able to pull up or do anything when I really needed it to pull up my information.
