Have been with State Farm many years. Claims are handled quick and fair. Payment plans are appreciated. Premiums are reasonable.
App won’t let me sign in

Every time I try to log on to this app it tells me I need to use a proper user name and password. Every time I get this error I have gone to the website and reset my password but when I go back to the app it says the same thing. I retry every couple of weeks but this app has been completely unusable for me for several months.
What’s new in 8.2? Same old opening page!

Nothing new! Same picture in home page for years. The two-step verification still has NO email or alternate option! If text won’t work, you’re simply locked out. Not user friendly. The opening page is the same as a year or more ago, suggesting there’s nothing new and really nothing is refreshed in this update. First impressions count! But the bureaucrats will not change the opening page image. Sick and tired of looking at it when starting up app.

There is some kind of disconnect between the information on your app and the information I get from my agent. The app often has different amounts owed than I am expecting and I can find no where on the app that explains what I am being billed.
